A roommate has already moved out, but is still part of the Flatify shared apartment? If you want to remove that person from the shared apartment, it's no problem. Simply follow these steps:

1. Click on the gear icon at the top left in the Flatify shared apartment app.
2. This will open the settings.
3. Under the 'Apartment' section, you'll find the option 'Manage roommates.'
4. You'll now see all the roommates of the shared apartment.
5. Click on the person who should move out.
6. Now you'll see the option 'Allow roommate to move out.' Click on it, confirm, and the person is no longer part of the shared apartment.

It's important to note that the person should have no outstanding payments, otherwise, they cannot move out.
